The TMG-ECW20 20" Compaction Wheel is a heavy-duty excavator attachment designed for trench compaction, backfilling, and soil preparation work. Built for 4-8 ton excavators, it provides a compact and durable solution for contractors, landscapers, utility crews, and property maintenance operations working in narrow or hard-to-reach areas.
A 20" diameter wheel with 24 pads applies focused pressure into soil during repeated passes, helping compact backfill in trenching, drainage, foundation, and general excavation applications. Fully sealed self-aligning bearings support smooth wheel rotation, while side protector plates help reduce wear during regular jobsite use.
The internal mud guard helps prevent muck buildup inside the drum, making the attachment practical for wet or sticky ground conditions. With a strong compact frame and quick-change lugging design, the TMG-ECW20 helps improve excavator versatility without relying on diesel-fuelled trench rollers, compaction plates, or vibratory tandem rollers for every compaction task.
