Freight delivery
Most equipment ships by freight from our warehouses in British Columbia and Ontario. After you order, we may call to confirm the delivery details: a forklift on site, tailgate delivery, or pick-up at the carrier's terminal. Delivery charges are included in your quote.
Orders usually leave the warehouse within 2–3 business days, and typical transit is 10–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees: carriers, weather and other events outside our control can hold a shipment up.
How it's packed
Machines and attachments ship strapped to a pallet, in a metal crate, a wooden box or a carton. Each product page lists the shipping weight, and many list the crate size, so you can plan the unloading.
When it arrives
- Inspect it before you sign. Look the crate or pallet over while the driver is there.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, and take photos. That note is what supports a freight claim.
- Tell us. Email cs@tmgequipment.com with the photos and your order number.
Ownership and the risk of loss pass to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier. What happens with damage, a shortage or the wrong item is set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, and a fault that shows up later is covered by the Warranty.
